You collect the documents from our checklist — bank statement, certificates, photo, bookings.
We audit the documents: statement format, translations, dates, wording. You get corrections back.
You complete the e-Visa form under our supervision and pay the consular fee.
We run the process, track the status and help you answer any follow-up request from the consulate.
You enter Thailand.
We check the issued visa for consulate errors and give you border-crossing instructions.
Where the time goes
We pick the consulate with the lightest current load for your situation.
Common mistakes and refusal reasons
1. Confusing passive income with employment income
Only passive income counts: pensions, investments, rental income. Salary from employment does not qualify for this category.
2. Insurance below the minimum
USD 50,000 minimum health insurance cover is required.
3. LTR is not DTV, not Thailand Privilege, not PR
LTR has its own rules. Income, assets, insurance and employment must be maintained throughout the entire 10-year period.
Frequently asked questions
What counts as passive income?
Pensions, rental income, dividends, interest, royalties and similar non-employment income. Salary does not count for the Wealthy Pensioner category.
How is this different from a retirement visa?
LTR gives 10 years, exempts you from 90-day reporting, and has a tax angle. Retirement visa gives 1 year, requires annual renewal and 90-day reporting. LTR costs more upfront but far less in ongoing paperwork.
Can I work on LTR?
LTR Wealthy Pensioner is for retirees. If you want to work, the LTR Remote Worker or LTR Highly Skilled categories are the ones to look at.
Do I need Re-entry Permit?
No. LTR has multiple entry built in. Re-entry Permit is not needed.
