This page will set out the terms governing the use of this website and the services provided by G Quick.
Current status
The terms of service are being prepared by a lawyer. On a site that handles visa applications and personal documents, self-written terms are not good enough — they need to accurately describe your rights, our obligations and the applicable jurisdiction.
What applies now
We provide visa consultation, document preparation and filing assistance. The visa decision is made by the Thai authorities, not by us.
A written agreement is available on request. The agreement adds 17% to the service fee and fixes the scope, timeline and payment terms.
On the DTV visa, we refund our service fee and the consular fee if the application is refused. This is a refund commitment, not a guarantee of approval.
If you decide not to proceed before the file is submitted to the consulate, the consular fee is not charged. Our service fee terms depend on the stage of work completed.
These points describe our current practice. The full legally binding terms will replace this section once the legal review is complete.
