This page will describe how we collect, store and use the personal data you send us through this site and through the QuickVisa bot.
Current status
The privacy policy is being prepared by a lawyer. Publishing a self-written policy on a YMYL site would be irresponsible — it needs to be accurate about jurisdiction, data retention and your rights. Until then, this page says so plainly.
What we can tell you now
Name, contact details and documents you send us through the site form or the Telegram bot — nothing else.
Your personal manager and the team members working on your case. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Messages go through Telegram. Files you upload are stored for the duration of your case and deleted afterwards unless you ask us to keep them.
Write to your manager in Telegram and ask for your data to be deleted. We comply within a reasonable timeframe.
These points describe our current practice. The full legally binding policy will replace this section once the legal review is complete.
