Clean background check
Criminal history, previous visa overstays and bankruptcy are all examined.
Payment of the membership fee
The fee is the requirement — there is no age, income, employment or investment test.

How we work together
You fill in a short questionnaire and hand over the basics of your case.
We assess the risk — past stamps, refusals, overstays — build the filing strategy and fix the final price with no hidden charges.
You collect the documents from our checklist — bank statement, certificates, photo, bookings.
We audit the documents: statement format, translations, dates, wording. You get corrections back.
You complete the e-Visa form under our supervision and pay the consular fee.
We run the process, track the status and help you answer any follow-up request from the consulate.
You enter Thailand.
We check the issued visa for consulate errors and give you border-crossing instructions.
Where the time goes
We pick the consulate with the lightest current load for your situation.

Common mistakes and refusal reasons
1. Assuming the price you read online is current
Tier pricing has been revised more than once and promotional rates lapse. Confirm before budgeting.
2. Expecting work rights
Membership buys presence, not permission to earn in Thailand.
3. Buying through an unauthorised reseller
The programme is sold only through authorized agents. Anyone else is a middleman at best.
4. Overstay history in the background check
Previous overstays are examined and can end the application.
Difficult cases are still cases
You were refused before
The second application has to answer why the first failed.
Your funds are not in Thailand yet
The deposit route has seasoning rules that catch people out. Start early.
You are running out of time
Extension deadlines are unforgiving. Tell us the date first.
Frequently asked questions
What does Thailand Privilege actually buy?
Long-stay permission for five to twenty years depending on tier, one year of stay per entry, exemption from 90-day reporting, and fast-track immigration services. It is a membership, not a conventional visa category.
Are there income or age requirements?
No. That is the point of it. The only thing examined is your record — criminal history, overstays and bankruptcy.
Can I work on it?
No. It grants no work rights and no work permit. For employment in Thailand you need Non-B with a work permit.
How much does it cost?
Fees are set by tier and by the programme operator, and they have been revised more than once. We confirm the current figure with the programme before you commit — quoting a stale number here would not help you.
Can I buy it directly?
No. The programme is distributed through authorized agents only.
Does it lead to permanent residency?
No. It is renewable presence for the life of the membership, not a path to PR or citizenship.
