Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a work visa?
The expert visa is for short-term specialist assignments, not ongoing employment. If you are being hired for a regular position, Non-B with a work permit is correct.
Do I need a work permit?
Non-EX holders may be exempt from work permit requirements for the specific assignment. Check with the inviting agency.
