2. Failing to maintain enrolment
If you drop out or are expelled, the visa is cancelled. You must remain enrolled throughout.

Can I work part-time on a university ED visa?
No. The ED visa does not grant work rights. Some universities offer internship arrangements, but these require separate work permits.
How long does the visa last?
It is tied to your programme. A 4-year bachelor's degree means 4 years of visa renewals, each requiring proof of continued enrolment.
Can I switch to a work visa after graduating?
Yes, if you find an employer willing to sponsor a Non-B and work permit. The conversion is typically done inside Thailand.
