How we work together
You fill in a short questionnaire and hand over the basics of your case.
We assess the risk — past stamps, refusals, overstays — build the filing strategy and fix the final price with no hidden charges.
You collect the documents from our checklist — bank statement, certificates, photo, bookings.
We audit the documents: statement format, translations, dates, wording. You get corrections back.
You complete the e-Visa form under our supervision and pay the consular fee.
We run the process, track the status and help you answer any follow-up request from the consulate.
You enter Thailand.
We check the issued visa for consulate errors and give you border-crossing instructions.
Where the time goes
We pick the consulate with the lightest current load for your situation.
Common mistakes and refusal reasons
1. Paying a third party to "process" your e-Visa
The portal is free to use. Some websites charge fees for filling in the form for you. The TDAC (arrival card) is also free — anyone charging for it is not legitimate.
2. Applying through the wrong mission
Select the mission covering your country of residence, not the one nearest to Thailand.
3. Uploading unclear or incomplete documents
Blurry scans and missing pages are the most common reasons for delays and requests for additional documents.
4. Application fee is non-refundable
If the application is refused, the fee is not returned.
Frequently asked questions
Is the e-Visa the same as a visa?
Yes. The e-Visa is the application method, not a separate visa category. You apply online, and the visa is issued electronically or as a sticker depending on the mission.
What is the difference between e-Visa and TDAC?
The e-Visa is the visa application itself. The TDAC is the free arrival card that everyone (visa holders and visa-exempt travellers) files within 72 hours of entering Thailand. They are completely separate.
Can I apply for any visa type through e-Visa?
Most types are available: tourist, transit, Non-Immigrant categories. Check the portal for your specific mission — not all missions support all types online yet.
How long does it take?
Typically 5–15 working days, but it depends on the mission and the visa type. Peak seasons can be longer.
Is there an extra fee for using the portal?
No. The portal is the official government channel. Anyone charging you a separate "processing fee" for the e-Visa itself is not affiliated with the Thai government.
