The visa is not tied to attendance monitoring the way an education visa is. But you must have genuine enrolment at the time of application.
Can I work remotely on a soft-power DTV?
The DTV allows remote work for non-Thai entities regardless of which category you applied under. The categories determine the application route, not the permissions after arrival.
