Who this is for

A good fit
You hold a Non-Immigrant visa (Non-B, Non-O, Non-ED, Non-OA, etc.)
You have been in Thailand for 90 consecutive days since your last report or entry
You have not left the country in those 90 days — a border crossing resets the count
Not this, if
You are on a tourist visa or visa exemption — these expire before 90 days arise
You left Thailand during the period — the count restarted when you came back

How we work together

1
Assessment and filing strategy

You fill in a short questionnaire and hand over the basics of your case.

We assess the risk — past stamps, refusals, overstays — build the filing strategy and fix the final price with no hidden charges.

2
Assembling the document package

You collect the documents from our checklist — bank statement, certificates, photo, bookings.

We audit the documents: statement format, translations, dates, wording. You get corrections back.

3
Filing and communication

You complete the e-Visa form under our supervision and pay the consular fee.

We run the process, track the status and help you answer any follow-up request from the consulate.

4
Visa issued

You enter Thailand.

We check the issued visa for consulate errors and give you border-crossing instructions.

Common mistakes

01
Losing track of the date

No one reminds you. The date is in your receipt from the last report, or 90 days from your last entry stamp.

02
Reporting too early

A report filed more than 15 days before the due date does not count and you will still owe one.

03
Relying on the online system

It works when it works. If it goes down near your deadline, you need to go to the office in person — plan for that.

04
Assuming it resets itself when you extend

An extension of stay does not reset the 90-day count. Only leaving and re-entering Thailand does.

FAQ

Does leaving Thailand reset the 90 days?

Yes. The count starts over from your re-entry date.

What happens if I am late?

A 2,000 THB fine at the immigration office. If you are very late, the officer may ask questions about your stay.

Can I do it by post?

Yes, by registered mail to the Immigration Bureau. Send it early enough that it arrives within the window, with a stamped return envelope.

Does an extension change my reporting date?

No. The 90-day count runs from your last report or your last entry — an extension does not reset it.
